One of our complex care nurses at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) has been nominated for an award – for the work she did to help improve the health of homeless people.

A project which centred on making sure patients had the right medicines to help them and keep patients safe, has been shortlisted in the national and prestigious HSJ Value Awards 2021.
