QI Lite

A new virtual two hour course is now available, to give participants a basic understanding of quality improvement (QI).

It is being delivered by the QI teamand introduces QI methodology and the most commonly used tools, which include SMART aims, driver diagrams, process mapping, plan do study act (PDSA) cycles, run charts and statistical process control (SPC) charts.

QI Lite demonstrates how to take a project from start to finish and includes the importance of collecting data and demonstrating improvement.

The short course is for Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) colleagues, service users, carers and colleagues from partner organisations who are keen to learn core QI skills.
