One of our colleagues at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is to present a quality improvement (QI) project she worked on, to a national conference, in April.
Emma Darvill, Human Resources and Organisational Development Business Partner at KCHFT, is to showcase the project at the Convenzis NHS Patient Safety Conference on April 22. She will present together with one of the trust’s former heads of quality, Sarajane Poole.
The project aimed to improve staff morale within the trust’s health visiting service and started with asking colleagues what was important to them. The aim was to achieve a measured increase in staff morale and engagement.
The theme of the conference is continuous improvement.
