A initiative which is taking healthcare to homeless people has been extended.
A drop-in clinic which is being held at Maidstone Day Centre was due to end in November 2019 – but has now been extended into the New Year.
The clinic is provided by Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) nurse Claire Knight and is commissioned by Maidstone Borough Council. KCHFT is also in discussion with other local authorities across west Kent to provide a service across the patch.
