Coming up soon we have a selection of virtual training packages – so that everyone can get involved in QI.
Towards the end of November we will be launching QI Bitesize, which will be a suite of animations to help you get to grips with QI tools including SMART aims, process mapping and driver diagrams.
Also in November, we will be launching QI Lite, a condensed version of our QI Fundamentals which is a one-day course. QI Lite will be delivered virtually and will only take a couple of hours out of your day.
We also plan to organise some virtual “café” drop in sessions for both our practitioners who are already trained in quality, service improvement and redesign (QSIR) and for new comers. These will be an opportunity to join an informal chat to talk about starting a project, how a project is going, how to involve patients and those who use our services and lots more.
We are currently producing a second edition of our QI toolkit booklet too, which will soon be available on our website, on our tools page.
