Around 25 people from trusts across the UK, joined the quality improvement (QI) team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT), to hear about our QI journey so far.
Our QI team spoke about training, projects, our QI website and much more, when we were invited to be the guest presenters at a Spotlight On session run by Evidence for QI, a Health Foundation specialist interest group.
