Due to COVID-19, we have unfortunately had to cancel the rest of the quality improvement (QI) Fundamentals courses we had planned for 2020.
We are having to cancel one-day Fundamentals courses which were due to be held at Ashford on 22 October and at Maidstone on 10 December. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Quality, service improvement and redesign (QSIR) practitioner training dates have also been cancelled until the end of the year.
Please watch this space for online QI training which we hope to have available soon.
This training will focus on the tried and tested improvement tools and approaches which have been successfully used in the UK and internationally.
