To develop a Hospital@home service for patients at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells (MTW) NHS Trust.
Following a presentation to the Executive Team in August 2018 and supported by West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group, it was agreed that Hospital@home will be provided by KCHFT from 1 December 2018, providing up to 30 virtual beds, as part of the winter planning initiatives.
