Two quality improvement experts from London recently helped deliver one of our quality improvement training courses.
Nynn Chang and Emma Binley are from East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). The trust is a provider of mental health and community services and has been working on quality improvement for many years.
Nynn and Emma presented at a fundamentals course we ran in Ashford, for around 25 colleagues. They spoke about ELFT’s quality improvement journey and explained how to use some of the tried and tested quality improvement tools.
