Patients across Kent have their calls answered quickly

Even more patient calls are being answered within 20 seconds thanks to changes in ways of working.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust referral units in east and west Kent are now operating differently, with the aim of providing a consistent service across the county. The result is that 88.76 per cent of calls were being answered within 20 seconds and now the figure is even higher, at 90.64 per cent.
