Three of our colleagues at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT), have been added to the Hall of Heroes on a website which promotes time saving tips and joy in work.
They are team administrator Caroline Davies, dental nurse Tracey Webber and Newborn Hearing Screening Programme team co-ordinator Sharon Towner, who have been added to the 15 seconds 30 minutes website (15s30m). This is a movement which promotes improvement and taking 15 seconds to do something now, which could save someone else 30 minutes later – as well as aiming to reduce frustration at work and increase joy.
