The QI team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) has introduced a new one-hour webinar which will help with the measurement and analysis of data.
It will provide a summary and refresher of QI measurement tools, including the sustainability model, run charts, statistical process control (SPC) charts and pareto charts.
During the webinar the team will be sharing some helpful tips on how you can use these tools in a simple but effective way and give you the opportunity to try one of the tools as part of the session.
This webinar is for KCHFT colleagues, patients, those who use our services, carers and colleagues from partner organisations, who may already have a working knowledge of QI.
