If you have a quality improvement (QI) project underway make sure you log it on Life QI.
Life QI is an online platform that makes it easy for teams to run QI projects and for organisations to report on QI activity.
It can also help those involved in projects to connect with the QI community, making cross organisational working easier.
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) QI Co-ordinator Julie Abberley has written a quick guide to help you access and use the portal. Find the Life QI guide on the tools page.
Julie said: “The Life QI platform is simple to use. It takes you through the project one step at a time and includes information guides throughout each section.
“The platform is able to provide reports in a detailed or short format and can include general information on the project as well as members involved. It’s great for tracking project progress and for visual project presentations.
“I have been heavily involved in QI projects and meeting project holders over the past few months gave me the idea to create a basic guide for the Life QI platform.”
