Our next quality improvement (QI) measurement tips webinar will be on Thursday, 31 March from 11am until 12noon.
The session will provide a summary and refresher of QI measurement tools, including the sustainability model, run charts, statistical process control (SPC) charts and pareto charts.
Our QI team will be sharing some helpful tips on how you can use these tools in a simple but effective way and give you the opportunity to try one of the tools as part of the session.
