Improving training compliance rates

Collette Partridge flash of brilliance improving training compliance

The aim of this project was to seek buy in from every service at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) which requires colleagues to do Immediate Life Support (ILS) and Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS) training.

It sought to improve ILS and PILS compliance to above 85 per cent for the first time for the whole of KCHFT, to reduce the number of sessions which had to be cancelled due to low enrolment and to reduce the number of no shows.
