The quality improvement (QI) team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is taking a look at how colleagues like to receive their QI information – to help inform how things are done.
The team is seeking qualitative data and will be speaking with colleagues around the organisation to see where they get their QI information, how they like to receive it and in what format – and what inspires staff to get involved.
