If you are involved in collecting data, you might want to attend a lunch and learn session being held on Friday, September 25.
The session, on data, will explain why using a Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart, might be better than using a red, amber, green (RAG) rating. It will also mention other improvement tools which could be used.
It will be run Sam Riley, Deputy Director Intensive Support at NHS Improvement. The session would benefit those working on improvement projects and measurement.
