The aim of this project was to release clinical members of staff from predominantly administrative admission and discharge procedures, for them to be able to provide more face-to-face clinical care; improving patient and staff experience, reducing length of stay (LOS) and delay of transfers (DTOCs), from Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital.
