The aim of this quality improvement project was to reduce do not attend (DNA) rates at hydrotherapy sessions which are offered by the Adult Learning Disability Service at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The team changed a number of things including setting up a new short notice appointment list, to quickly fill cancelled slots and by talking with those who use the service and carers, to find out what could be done better.
