The virtual training will be on Thursday, 8 December, from 10.30am to 12.30pm. You will find out what QI is all about, how it works, the tools we use and will be encouraged to think about an improvement project of your own.
Our QI Lite courses are for colleagues at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust and for those we work closely with.
