The day will include an opening by Hugh McCaughey, NHS National Director for Improvement, who visited KCHFT shortly before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will also include a workshop with internationally renowned QI expert and illustrator Sonia Sparkles.
Our own QI projects will be under the spotlight and there will be the chance to find out more about QI and meet the KCHFT QI team. Also included in the programme is the Academy of FAB NHS Stuff and the 15 seconds 30 minutes movement, which aims to reduce frustration at work and increase joy, by sharing time saving tips and good ideas.
The event will include a project on a page poster competition, for KCHFT colleagues who have completed a project, or have just started one. There will also be a flashes of brilliance competition, so trust colleagues can record and share great ideas. Prizes will be given to the first three in both categories.
