Allied Health Professionals are invited to a lunchtime session on quality improvement from 12noon to 1pm on Wednesday, 22 July.
The AHP QI Network session will share a simple approach to managing change and making improvements last. It will be led by AHP Kristin Moat, from Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, who will demonstrate a new bridge framework.
The tool is suitable for both those leading change (such as project leaders) and those experiencing change (such as teams going through clinical or organisational transitions).
Martyne May, Lead for Quality, Governance and Professional Standards – Rehab and Therapies, at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, is the network’s South East AHP QI Connector and has been involved since it started in 2021.
