We are urging colleagues at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) to get thinking about the 2025 Academy of Fab NHS Stuff Awards.
Innovation, best practice and great people and teams will be celebrated at the event, where last year KCHFT picked up three prizes.
The awards celebrate quality improvement (QI) projects and service improvements and for KCHFT work to be entered, it needs to be on the trust website.
Judges are looking for a fab individual, a fab team, teamwork, doing what needs to be done, something small which made a big impact, listening, finding new ways of doing things and overcoming obstacles.
