Value proposition

A value proposition communicates the product or service benefit that you will deliver through your product or project.

It is often used to communicate to buyers why they should choose your projects or services and what makes your offer unique. It can also be used in the NHS context to describe what makes your service or project unique, or how your project will deliver benefits to the trust and its stakeholders.

A value proposition provides clear communication of why we should care about this project/product and its implementation. It is aimed at providing understanding of the problem and stakeholders rather than pushing a product and as such a value proposition should not be regarded as a general marketing statement or a simple list of features of the product/project.
