Celebrate how you’ve made improvements within your service and share your good work, by taking part in the Academy for Fab NHS Staff Fab Change 21 Festival.
It takes place in the run up to and on Wednesday, 24 November and involves sharing, connecting and collaborating both within our own trust and with others.
Our quality improvement (QI) team here at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, has been working with the Academy of Fab NHS Stuff for some time and they presented at our recent QI conference. The Academy’s aim is to encourage sharing across the NHS, so that learning can be replicated and is not forgotten.
During the Fab Change 21 Festival, the organisation would like NHS colleagues to share examples of what they have done to support colleagues over the past year, no matter how small – along with the changes made to services and care for patients, so these can inspire others and be taken forward.
You can share what you are doing, even if it’s not completed, so even a time-saving top tip would do. You can share wellbeing initiatives, digital solutions, service improvements or even a pledge. You can submit your work yourself by uploading it to the Academy of Fab NHS Stuff website, or take part in the day’s conversations on Twitter, by following @FabNHStuff and using the hashtag #FabChange21.
On Wednesday, 24 November there will be day of online presentations. See the full programme
